    We encourage every member of the Dream Team to "Worship one, Serve one" meaning on a given Sunday you would serve at one service and attend the other (i.e. Serve at the 9:00 am then attend the 10:45 am service or vice versa).

    We do our best to honor your preferences. You have the ability to "Accept" or "Decline" any serve request that is sent to you.

    We ask every person serving at Radiant Church to agree to the following Leadership Honor Code:
    While serving the Body of Christ as a servant-leader at Radiant Church, I have a responsibility to develop and exhibit mature Christian behavior. Because the way I present myself greatly affects the way others perceive Christ, I aim to exemplify the best qualities in my speech and actions.

    I will present a good appearance at all times in both attire and behavior. I will also strive to maintain a disciplined life of Bible reading and prayer, and demonstrate Biblical standards in all situations. In keeping with the highest moral commitments to edify the Body of Christ, I will also refrain from:

    - Profanity
    - Gambling
    - Dishonest Gain
    - Drunkenness
    - Illicit Drugs
    - Pornography
    - Sexual Immorality (sexual activity outside of Biblical marriage)
    - All behaviors which might grieve the Holy Spirit or cause others to stumble

    I understand that adhering to this honor code will encourage others to grow in Christ and become servant-leaders themselves. A lifestyle pleasing to God is measured by the heart of each leader in the Radiant Church family. We regard it as an essential part of our development, not as an imposition or restriction.

    Having read the Leadership Honor Code, I commit today to live by the standards expected of a leader at Radiant Church.

    Membership Agreement

    Having received Christ as my Lord and Savior and being in agreement with the values and ideas presented in Radiant Church, I now have found my home with the Radiant Church family. In doing so, I commit myself, to God and to the other team members, to do the following:

    “So let us concentrate on the things which make for harmony, and on the growth of our fellowship together." Romans 14:19 (PH) - “Live in complete harmony with each other—each with the attitude of Christ toward each other.” Romans 15:5 (LB) - “Have a sincere love for your fellow believers, love one another earnestly with all your hearts.” 1 Peter 1:22 (GN) - “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs...” Ephesians 4:29 - “Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be no advantage to you.” Hebrews 13:1

    “To the church...we always thank God for you and pray for you constantly.” 1 Thessalonians 1:2 - “They devoted themselves to the apostles‘ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:42 - “Let us not give up the habit of meeting together...but let us encourage one another.” Hebrews 10:25 - “Each one of you, on the first day of each week, should set aside a specific sum of money in proportion to what you have earned and use it for the offering.” 1 Corinthians 16:2 - “A tenth of all you produce is the Lord‘s, and it is holy.” Leviticus 27:30

    “Serve one another with the particular gifts God has given each of you...” 1 Peter 4:10 (PH) - “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully." Romans 12:4-8 - “Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Jesus Christ...who took on the very nature of a servant...” Philippians 2:3-4, 7

    “Go out into the country...and urge anyone you find to come in, so that My House will be full.” Luke 14:23 (LB) - “So warmly welcome each other into the church, just as Christ has warmly welcomed you; then God will be glorified.” Romans 15:7 (LB) - “But whatever happens, make sure that your everyday life is worthy of the gospel of Christ.” Philippians 1:27 (PH)

    I understand that Radiant Church is a safe place for children and vulnerable
    adults and that Radiant Church complies with all Federal and State laws
    regarding reporting suspected abuse. As a member of the Dream Team, I understand
    that suspected abuse is to be reported to the staff member who oversees
    the area in which I serve. I also understand the four types of abuse as defined
    below:

    PHYSICAL: a physical act directed at a child or vulnerable adult that causes injury.

    SEXUAL: contact or interactions between a child and an adult, or another child, when
    the child is being used for sexual stimulation of the perpetrator or another person. This
    includes exploitation through photographs, videos, or other
    communication methods.

    EMOTIONAL: acts or omissions by a parent or other caregiver that have caused, or could
    cause, serious behavioral, cognitive, emotional, or mental disorders.

    NEGLECT: failure to provide for a child or vulnerable adult’s basic needs. This includes
    adequate adult supervision, medical attention, housing, food, and clothing. Most cases
    of physical neglect involve inadequate adult supervision that has caused harm to a child
    or vulnerable adult, or places them in danger of such harm.

    The following are some warning signs that abuse may have occurred:
    ●  Unexplained injury, patch of hair missing, a burn/bruise on back of arms, stomach, back, etc.
    ●  Drawings in conjunction with statements from a child or vulnerable adult
    ●  Prayer requests of protection from pain or injury from specific individuals
    ●  Statements from the child or vulnerable adult
    ●  Complaints about numerous beatings
    ●  Consistent poor hygiene
    ●  Age inappropriate comments regarding sex or violence

    Failure to report actual or suspected cases of child abuse can result in criminal and civil liability for the church, staff member, or volunteer that failed to report it. It is the staff member or volunteer’s responsibility to report suspected abuse. It is not his or her responsibility to investigate and draw a conclusion as to whether or not abuse has actually occurred.
The following information is needed when reporting child abuse:
    ●  Name of child;
    ●  Age of child;
    ●  Address of child;
    ●  Parents or guardian of child;
    ●  Alleged abuser’s name and address;
    ●  Nature of abuse.
All suspected cases of child abuse must be handled in a confidential manner.

    Communication of the suspected abuse should only be made with the staff member or authorities that are involved. Radiant Church will provide pastoral support and care to the family through the entire process.

    I understand and agree to the Radiant Church Abuse Policy.
